Driver Killed in I-295 Crash

A driver was killed and another injured Tuesday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash in the southbound lanes of I-295 in West Deptford, New Jersey. The incident occurred around 2:50 pm near Exit 20 on the highway. Authorities are still investigating, but it is believed that the accident involved a FedEx Delivery truck and a Ford dump truck. Three out of the four southbound lanes were shut down following the fatal accident.

A second person was injured due to the truck accident but neither of the two victims have been identified.
